If Wolverine doesn't mind... simply try this:
- download and install Apples SAFARI browser (WIN and MAC versions available)
- Visit this page and START the video on this page
- Open Safari's ACTIVITY window
- search the currently loaded page...
- lookout for a page URL which starts with "content.screencast.com/users/Mediamighty..."
(or the page with the highest MEGABYTES in status column, because the video is always the largest item ;-) )
- click on the video URL and COPY it to clipboard... PAST into Safari DOWNLOAD window!
(alternative shortcut: Just hit ALT-key and double-click the video URL)
