Here are some updates on Black Ice development. I envy everyone who is going to use Black Ice. Because it is simply awesome.

New audio field now support HTML5 player and play on iPad, iPhone and other flash free devices. It automatically detects browser if it can support HTML5 and load either HTML5 or Flash based player. This is needed only if you do not have server conversion. Look what formats are supported by what browsers.

Currently, there are 3 supported file formats for the audio element: MP3, Wav, and Ogg:

If there is no conversion and only one file format uploaded, then it may show flash based player in some browsers. But if you install ffmpeg on your server (which is free and easy) then audio field will convert audio files on the fly and create enough files to be able to play HTML5 in any browser.
