iDeal Advanced Payment Gateway for Mighty Membership component

This is the advanced version of the iDeal payment gateway for MightyExtensions Member.

It currently works with the following bank servers:

1) ING Bank

2) PostBank

3) RaboBank

4) ABN AMRO

5) ING Test server

6) PostBank Test server

7) RaboBank Test server

8) ABN Amro Test server

Editing hte plugins XML file will also allow you to add more banks.

I bought this plugin, but I miss a supporting page how to install this. For example, where to put the certificates?
