• Almost all components are ionCube encoded and require the free ionCube loader to be installed on the server.
• Please read installation instruction and system requirements.
• You may download all components for free. There is no need to purchase them. You can use the tryout license as long as you need. You may then purchase a lifetime license only if you like it.
• Our working hours are Monday through Friday

  We cannot process support or e-mail at other times.
• A single project allows you to receive a license for each of the domains it is hosted at. These are domain names such as mysite.com, mysite.org, mysite.net, etc. and also websites with the same content, themes and design.
  Additional / extra lifetime licenses can be issued only if all the websites are finished (use tryout license) and checked by our team.

Community Status and Karma:

- Owners of Ultimate Suite or its equivalent

- Paid customers

- Newbie with Karma points less then 250

- Beginner with Karma points from 250 to 500

- Intermediate with Karma points from 500 to 750

- Advanced with Karma points from 750 to 1000

- Expert with Karma points over 1000

Points Map: There are different ways we count points for

a user. Here is an explanation how you can raise Karma.

10 points:

• Add Tutorial
• Add 3DP extension

5 points:

• Add Testimonial
• Add Feature request
• Add Client's website
• Add 3DP Service provider

2 points:

• Add comment on Support desk

1 point:

• Add comment for News
• Rate News
• Rate Feature request
• Favorite Feature request
• Rate Client's website
• Rate 3DP service provider

We also give 1 point to authors when his/her:

• 3DP extension is favored
• Tutorial is favored
• Support topic is favored
• Feature request is favored

The things we would very much like our customers to follow:

• Please, do not give a poor rating because we use ionCube. If you do not like it, do not use it. Please be mindful and not abuse.
• Before you post poor rating or bad review, try to contact us and let us help you solve your problem.
• If you cannot get an answer in email, try the support desk, Skype, MSN or even call the office or my mobile.
• When you rate  a component, please be honest to differentiate between the power of the component in aspect of your personel  capability. This means that the component may not deserve a poor rating because you are still inexperienced in using all of the features. We are here to help you. Your sincere input also helps us.
