We renamed JoomSuite Content into JoomSuite Resources. Few reasons for that. First is that it is difficult to use it in conversation. Not always clear ether we talk about content as the name of the component or as the content on the site.

Another reason that Resources name better describe component purpose. Another reason that we started from version 1.0 Alpha year ago, and during grow to this 1.3.9.x version there was some problems and errors, etc... That influenced our rating on JED. And it turned out that finally one of the best components ever developed for Joomla had rating 3,5 and was last in the list and I believe some even did not give it a try because of that.

Also we changed category on JED and now we are in Derictories category.

All this should make all of us more happy.

We continue developing of Community component. And new Beta release 1.0.3 is out which you can find in Releases & Updates Log section.

I want to notice few things on this new release. You can find new templates there, zip distance search for User plugin in the user list, User-Relation (I know this user through ...), User activity, an other very cool features.

But this is only beginning. We can ensure you that if you decide today to start your site with our Community component at the end you will get best Social Network solution for Joomla. We have plans not only implement everything you find on Facebook, mySpace and other but even create more features and ideas we have. Though with current release of Community + User + Content you already may create at least 70% of what you may see on Facebook, mySpace and others.

Adult may include sites with explicit depictions of sexual activity or sites that require user to confirm that one is adult. We will audit all our client's sites against domain name in licenses and subscriptions of sites that violate this rule will be canceled without refund.

If you use our components on adult site you need to think how to replace it in nearest future. If you uninstall JoomSuite components on your adult site, and report to us we will refund you if purchase was done in last 60 days.

One of the most interested submission this week is JoomSuite Content Migrator. This is GNU/GPL project started on joomlacode.org. It is sponsored by us and we fund developer from Russia to keep this project running. The purpose of this project is to create Migration platform to import/export in and out of JoomSuite Content in various formats like CSV, RSS, XML and other. And on base of this mechanism create migration processes from Moset Tree, SOBI2, and other...
