Binnenschiffer.eu is a European water sports portal, which includes a service directory and a series of resource Joom components was implemented. Some components have been used by other manufacturers and resource Joom adjusted because there was no People Touch existed.

Our site deals with components and complete GPS tracking solutions. We have our own GPS client server, with which any object can be located worldwide. We have a distribution system and a shop and work internationally.

The realization with Joom Resource was not easy, because there are still many problems with the first versions were. Overall, this software is unique, but recommended for all those complex projects is relatively easy to implement.

We work with multiple languages JoomFish. The translations can also be fitted with certain software greatly simplified.

We wish the team continued to make good resource Joom incursions. Further projects are planned for us and one of the next projects we will implement the complete suite.

We have used 'Resource' to collect members information and display them in 3  directories that are searchable by location. We use 'Member' to manage paid membership and restrict access to contact details of one member group by another. We use 'User' for registration because of the capture feature and the ability to ad custom registration fields. We use 'Defender to protect the site ( there has been 6 php injection attacks that were blocked in the short time the site has been active). We use 'Massmail' no manage newsletters to our members.

We have found JoomlaSuite components can do everything we need the way we want it at a price that is ridiculously cheap compared to professional CMS's that can cost thousands of dollars.
