What do you mean by 'juser form with member subscribers' ? Is it a user list? If you want to hide a user list from non-subscribers, you need to add the following restrictions to your plan:

Under Components Restrictions, check 'Mighty Registration' and enter:

URL Variable 1: view

Variable Value 1: userlist
