Hi,

I must not have a radio button checked or something.....

 

I am using Membership and OSDCS payment plugin....I have 3 levels of subscriptions.  Everything works fine, but when the user purchases a subscription, It is still waiting for the admin to activate the subscription......

I feel this easy option I am overlooking....hopefully.

Hello,

First off, check if you're using the latest  version of Membership component. If not, please update it. If even with the latest version user susbcriptions will not get activated automatically after purchase, contact OSDCS developers regarding the issue.

Yes, i have latest components, plugins, etc. ....  I just wanted to make sure it was not a radio button option I needed to click on/off ....

So, from what you are saying, there is no way to control this option in Membership....?!

I will talk with OSDCS, also...

Right, there is no such an option. Subscription must be created and activated automatically after successful purchase. However, note, that if the payment was not successful, then a subscription gets created but not activated.
