If you have already remove components from old domain then we need know your order id to switch license. Use Messages Inbox to provide order id, old domain and new domain.

Hi Katherine,

I don't know to which does the following domains belongs (old domain) the order Id. I send the ones I have:

www.venecard.com
www.alertaambar.org

New domain:

www.arosdegraduacion.com

Order ID: 3996300609

Order ID: 4259066263

You can live the licenses open so I can chose when I need one if there's no problem.
