I upgraded to 1.5 a couple of days ago... now filter module is not working correctly anymore, it works only in "my records" view

you will see that filter modules (I have one customized on the page header and the original one on the left column for test) are not working

you will see that now filter modules are working correctly

I double checked everything I could think of, modules, section parameters... but I can't find a solution
