In my production environment the url stays the same and creates a 404.

When I copy past the test url into the production environment, the functionality still works.

We lost the functionality after our update of priceplans. we currently have 553 priceplans.

Could you describe your actions before this happen? What version do you use? Nay be you have installed some components more?

The only changes we made are the added priceplans. We did enter them with a script instead of the interface. No modules or components were added lately. The test environment is exactly the same apart from the number of priceplans.

The question is what triggers the recreation of the url. Is it a database field?

Another update, the issue is only occuring in IE. The offered url is to long for IE and it crashes over it. In the other browsers the biggest problem lies in the time of parsing but it eventualy succeeds.

Our problem lies in the fact that the url in the last comments exists of "main priceplans" approxx 30 and approx 475 packages. The packages are not relevant in this url.

So is there a way to create the url the same way as you create the form page? So only the main priceplans and not the packages?

Could you tell us which part of our problem this is going to fix, and what the fix is? We created a workaround on webserver level which only addresses the relevant plans. It shortens the parsing proces and is easy to adjust.

We offered you update component because components should be up to date. Error we couldn`t get because the link you have provided only for the registered users. We can`t support any modifications of the components except that we have done for you as Custom work.

An update should solve issues, so the issue log should tell which will be resolved in the update. We just need to know upfront if the updates are going to solve the issues we encountered.

We noticed a way of handeling plans.

We have 2 groups of content. The first one consists of 3 content parts. All combinations between the 3 plans are possible. So we have 3 basic plans and 4 supporting plans.

In the second one we connect 8 parts of our the site. All combinations between the 8 plans are possible. We have the plans in 2 periods (1 and 5 years). So for each period we have 16 basic plans and 247 supporting plans.

Al these plans are queried although we could restrict to the basic plans.

In one hour approx 20000 separate queries where fired to resolve the names of all the plans. These were 40 batches of the 494 plans(247 * 2). This is killing our performance, not only in the link mentioned above but in every part of the site. We based our site on your functionality.
