Dear Support

Pile Up Balance seems to be not working correctly, when a member clicks on 'Pile Up Balance', they are taken to Paypal, but they end up buying a subscription instead. I have set up the bill_gateways plugin (no IPN of course) as used by Mighty Invoice, have created a 'Bill' to Pile Up balance, set it in the Resources Section, etc etc. It just seems that the 'Pile Up Balance' invoice uses the IPN for subscriptions, even though there are 2 different plugins for payments, bill_gateways and payment.

The only way to have this working is when I use different email/Paypal accounts, which is completely impractical for us, and very complicated to manage.

Hello!

You mean that when Invoice component creates bills the PayPal sents IPN to the site? Please check the setting of the plugins that included in the bill: Gateway paypaypal->Use IPN (Requires for subscriptions)

What happens is that when a member goes to the Control Panel, then clicks on the Balance Manager, then clicks on the 'Pile Up' button, when they click on the Paypal button/link to add credit to their account, they can pay ok in Paypal, but there is no credit in their shop account, they have purchased a Subscription instead! Even though there are separate plugins for the Invoice component, and one for Mighty Membership, the Invoice component seems to use the Membership Paypal plugin.

Please psecify this sentence: they can pay ok in Paypal, but there is no credit in their shop account, they have purchased a Subscription instead!

Users have paid, but there is no credit in their accounts? Do you see the sums in the Administrator panel->Mighty Commerce->UserBalances?

The components Mighty Membership and Mighty Invoice use different plugins and they have different types as you could see in the Extensions manager.

Please provide access to the site and let us check this issue on your site. I ll check the process of the Pile up balance on your site.
