Hello!
Mighty Invoice was created to take payments and make an invoices. It can be used during the payments. If you need Mighty Invoice during purchasing you need activate it in the Plugin Manager->Payment Bill->Enable
If you need more information please write more.

Hi Katerina,
I have enabled Payment Bill gateway (I am using eway payment gateway).
In Mighty Membership component I have selected "Use only Mighty Invoice Payment PlugIn" (I have left my other eway payment plugin enabled) and when it comes time to proceed through to the payment page their is no button click.
When I repeat the above process, but have my usual payment plugin disabled a message comes up that there is no payment processor enabled, even though the Mighty Invoice payment plugin is enabled.
Thanks

Hello! I tested purchasing subscriptions on your site but it seems you have modified some of the components (MightyMemberhsip or MightyInvoice). There is no standard button of Mighty Invoice on the page with subscriptions: if you have modified this part you were able to change something else. Therefore after clicking on the button 'Proceed to checkout' user isn`t redirected to the page of Mighty Invoice as should be. If you need our help you need restore components to the default view and we ll test them. Regards

If I logged in I will install the other payment plugin as I will not check the work of the eway. About its work you need ask developer of the plugin. If test didn`t succed I will update both components (and all changes done by you will be overridden). We don`t observe such situation on our test installations and it is mean that the issue 1) Could be in the payment plugin 2) In the changes of the components. Regards

What 'other payment plugin' will you install? I am registered with eway, therefore i can only process payment through the eway gateway.
You will see that I have access to two eway payment plugins. The first is the standard one and the second has been modified for BillsV2.
If you can have an initial look and let me know that would be great.
Thanks

Hello! I was at your site today and tested issue with payment plugins. The standard behavior should be: - User select plan - Choose way of payment and click on the Button checkout (you have modified it) - User is redirected to the page Proforma Invoice - User fill all parameters like address, country etc - User choose required way of payment like PayPal, eWay etc In your case user redirects to the form with Card holder name .It is mean that code of the component was changed. In this case we can only update component and test it work. Regards

Hi Katerina,
I'm a little confused. On my site the process is - people register (using Mighty User), they then select their plan and they then proceed to checkout to pay.
Are you suggesting that the process should be - people register (using Mighty User), they select plan, they then create their own invoice (using Mighty Invoice), they make payment?
To confirm, in this suggested process is the customer emailed their invoice after payment?
The process that I am after is...People register (using Mighty User), they select plan, they then proceed to checkout and after payment has been approved they are sent an emailed receipt containing the personal details they entered at registration stage (i.e. name, address, country etc) and the details of their payment (i.e. plan name and price).
Is this possible?

Hello!
>>Are you suggesting that the process should be - people register (using Mighty User), they select plan, they then create their own invoice (using Mighty Invoice), they make payment?
I am afraid i wasn`t lear enugh: it is not my suggestions, it the main scheme of the pair MightyMembership<->MightyInvoice. Users doesn`t create invoice they just fill required information. To this page can processed only registered users (They need have activated account). I explain why: Subscription can`t purchased by unregistered users. Subscription plan can`t be assigned to anonymous.
Due to the description above user receive letter with his account details before purchasing subscription plan.

Could some on help me complete this, as my members are not getting invoices and I'm not seeing payments. Nothing is happening for cash to flow and invoices to be issued. Also I see that members are trying multiple times and nothing is sent out or in.

Hello! Could you say if you have enabled Payment Bill in Plugin Manager? What payment plugin do you use after configuring bill? Perhaps you can give us an example where you see error or something else? Regards

Paypal is what I have for the payment, no errors, I'm looking for what I might have forgotten to do in the image I sent. Also anyother settings I might have missed.

The setting in the picture is right and it deosn`t affect on the creating invoices. It is difficult to say what settings you may have forgotten. If problem persists please write me again. Regards
