Dear MightyExtensions team,

We are having a problem with our 'Commerce' installation: All of a sudden, our main seller is no longer to use the 'Add Product' link in the (front end) CPanel. After clicking on the button, the following error message is shown ...

"Not enough access rights to access this page

The reasons why you may not access this page
You are not registered
You are not logged in
You are not in the right user group
Article expired

No type defined. Please check menu link parameters."

We haven't changed anything, and - in all honesty - have no idea how to fix this problem. A few days ago, we upgraded all "Mighty Extensions" to the latest versions, could it be a compatibility issue? This is really urgent, we HAVE to get this up and running a.s.a.p.

Thanks in advance & best regards,

TT

Hello,

there is bug in current version of Commerce component. Here is quick fix, you need edit 'components\com_commerce\views\cpanel\tmpl\default.php' script, replace:

< a href="< ?php $link = 'index.php?option=com_resource&controller=article&view=article&category_id='.COMM_SECTION_ID.'&layout=form&Itemid='.$comm_params->get('category_itemid', $Itemid);

with

< a href="< ?php $link = 'index.php?option=com_resource&controller=article&view=article&category_id='.COMM_SECTION_ID.'&type_id='.$comm_params->get('type').'&layout=form&Itemid='.$comm_params->get('category_itemid', $Itemid);

Hello,

I see your problem now, current version of Commerce component has no option to display mutiple types add new record link like it realised in Mighty Resources. That is way you need disable add product link for Commerce cpanek page or set only one type for commerce section.

Ok, I use for my vendors directly the link "submit article" in the resources component, and the commerce cpanel for managing everything else.

Thank you for your courtesy and excuse me for my bad english!

you make changes in wrong place I have attached corrected script so you may just upload it to 'components\com_commerce\views\cpanel\tmpl\' directory.
