Hello,

Buyer may download file via product type- download field in the product record just after purchase. Purchase history page contains links to all purchased products including link the files. Please check.
Yes there is problem with barcode field we will correct it future  version of barcode field, please watch for release.

in my test, use has purchased (with offline payment  but in history there is no link only " to get url you must purchase this product"

what i do  wrong ?

It looks like you did not purchase product. Offline plugin require to send purchasing request to seller, so seller may respond to buyer, in fact seller change buyer order status manually. If you do not make that then buyer cannot download anything.
For test reason you may activate Succesfull Payment parameter in the offline plugin settings. And buyer order will get shipped status automatic.
