right now, you can filter the mass email based on what subscription the user has. however, i cannot see a way to send to all registered users who have not bought a subscription. this would be very useful to help increase sales!

It is good point, and JS Mass Mail really does not have such an ability now, so please submit this feature to the Feature Request section please. The developer of Mass Mail will implement this.
