The person who developed our website 1.5 years ago installed MassMail for us to be able to email our 4300 members.  I have never been totally happy with MassMail as it does not filter the email recipients correctly. Some people get the emails who should not and some people do Not get our messages who Should get them.  Many times the "Left to Send" column will say things like "5400 of 3200 left to send" during a sending period, which is obviously not correct.  Sometimes recipients will receive 4 copies of the same message.

Our website developer also created a "good email" filter (check box) so that we would not send messages to recipients who we knew did not have a valid email address, but I know that many times, Mass Mail DOES try to send to these addresses even though I tell it not to. (cause they end up bouncing back).

So we use MassMail but we are not really very happy with it because we are not sure it is very reliable or that our recipients are actually getting the information we send out.

Are there any "updates" or "patches" out there that might fix these problems? I found your website and signed up so that I could find out if anyone here could help me.
