Is there a way to filter newsletters to be sent to active subscribers only.

So, not only certain subscriptions but also and only the subscriptions that are active and not expired.

Is there possibly a filter that i haven't found?

How does the 'Date of registration' option work?

Also what does the 'Email confirmation' field do?

Is there maybe a way to have a 'Restriction' in the subscription plans? ..... or something?
