Hi, I have just paid for Mighty MassMail filters for Mighty Registration and I can't find where to download them.

I have Mighty Assistant installed, and the filters within the MassMail page in Assistant are not selectable.

Also, another possibly related problem: I have my correct account details for your site entered into Parameters, but I get this error:

Cannot authentificate user on www.mightyextensions.com. Please check if all parameters set correctly under Parameters toolbar button.

I hope you can help me with this, as Mighty Registration seems to be working well, and I need to send mail based on the custom registration form fields.
