Dear Mighty Extensions Team,

It's now official: Mighty Message 'breaks' our site! One of our users was unable to login for a couple of days, all he would see (after logging in) was an empty site (i.e. white and blank, no content at all). We tried to isolate the problem and came to a replicable conclusion: As soon as the user in question has a 'Mighty Message' in his inbox (to be displayed via the mod_js_inbox_messages module on the main page as soon as a user logs in), the site will no longer longer load, it just displays an empty (white) page. This problem ONLY occurred after upgrading our registered components (touch, registration, resource, invoice, commerce, NB: no upgrade available for the message component) to the latest version. We therefore think that the "Message" component does not work properly with the (upgraded) versions of the rest of the Mighty extensions.

Also, is there still no way to display a "You have no new messages" in the mod_js_inbox_messages module? We are now waiting for several months to get this issue fixed

Hello!

Sorry for delaiyng. This module stopped working after upgrating components. Please disable it until new version released.

Thanks Katerina! When is the new version going to be released? A lot of our members use the component, so a solution would be highly appreciated. Also, is the new version going to fix the "You have no new messages" issue?

I know I am a pain: But do you have any news re the Mighty Message update? Our site now has over 1000 registered members, and the "Inbox" module is still not working properly ... :-(

Any updates on this? In all honesty: I am a bit worried after having read your new upgrade policy. We still cannot make this work PROPERLY on our site. Well, maybe it's a problem with the template we're using, but the vast majority of your clients has not even received an update for almost a year. Please fix the most obvious problems or stop selling this component. Sorry to be so brutally honest, we really enoy(ed) using your components, but this is getting a bit ridiculous ...

Hello!

Last update of the component was 14 of April. Component has module that can display if there are messages or not. It was tested in all browsers and currently there is no any complaints about it. If you have updated component, tested it with your template but receive errors or dissatisfied with appearance try to test it with default template of Joomla like beez, ja_purity etc. Please write us about your investigation or provide link without SEF.
