Hello,

By default, all my users have "Send new messages alert on your email" set to Yes, but I still don't receive it.

I have 2 demo users:

You can put your email in one of them an d see how you don't receive any alert on your email.

Please let me know If I can set anything else.

Hello!

We have tested today this issue and was able receive alert letter. Could you check your e-mail one more time and antispam folder too. If there still aren`t any letters try to change body of the letter on alert.
