1) It may mean that letters are in the 'Trash' folder. Try to delete letters from it too

4) The appearance of the list of folders can be corrected in this document: \components\com_jsinbox\views\inbox\tmpl\default.php or in the \components\com_jsinbox\css\toolbar.css Regards

4 ) I spoke about the popup of the link "Folders"  on the toolbar who use a javascript who is encoded... This popup is not diplayed correctly... Regards

Hello! It is not a bug: the displaying of the folders are normal and correct in the standard templates. The template you use isn`t compatible with Mighty Message. Our additional work is provided only like custom work. In the other way you can ask the developers of the template to correct this issue. Regards
