Yes, it can be used for free by anyone. But V.I.P. (paid) members have first priority in response.

Q: If I am not a paid customer and you are busy I'll never get answered?

If you are not a paid customer, support desk will work for you as a forum where you can get help from other free or paid users. And if we have extra time, our staff will reply to your posts.

We may not answer your post if

  • Not business hours. We are working from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM +6.00 GMT
  • Components are not updated to latest version
  • Test localhost installations
