I noticed that some of the boolean parameter options are setup Yes/No, and others as No/Yes. See Content Type parameters, and compare properties tab with submission.

Those should be laid out consistently. I couldn't figure out what was bugging me when completing those parameters. and realized that I was marking based on location, when I needed to be more careful to note the text.
