This isn't really a software "feature request" --
It would be great if you guys expanded your support hours, even just a little bit. I've been very pleased with how quickly I get responses to support issues, in general. But I'm willing to bet most of your customers are in the U.S., and your current support hours are pretty much the exact opposite of US working hours. Which means there's much more lag time between support-related back and forth.
Just a suggestion.
