I think the child-parent relationship functionality in MR is really fantastic. It probably could use some better clarity and documentation, but is a tremendous tool for building rich applications.

I have a couple requests --

1) Currently, it appears there's no way to create related connections from the parent type to the child in the backend. There's also no listing of existing connections when viewing the parent record.

2) I would love for there to be the same multi-select form field available for the parent, when adding/editing from either the front or backend, as there is for the child record. While the popup on listing pages is nice, it makes more sense for users to have the field actually visible/available on the main form. And the ability to have bi-directional connections is really valuable.

These fields are very compolex and current method of making relations is asserted. Any new features breaks current logic.

You can add childs afor ratent field at front-end, is it not enough?

I understand they are complex. I think at the very least, there needs to be a way to create the relationships from the backend. Plenty of sites have no frontend editing capability -- all is done by admins via the backend. In my case, I build *a lot* of Joomla websites, and by far, the majority do not have frontend editing enabled.
