I'm thinking everytime that such checking is only formal, and teenager could lie. So, why prevent people to do something if they could pass this obstacle?

You're right. Although this also provides the ability of showing the appearance of a professionally designed website suitable for a business company. While maybe 50% of these teens will likely not fall for the trap, the other 50% might. Almost all registration tools have an age verification validator. I'm just trying to pass along the idea to Mighty Extensions in order to make this component even better and more demanding than what it currently is. An age verification simply takes away the responsibility of being at fault for a user less than 18 years of age registering, signing up or ordering any product or service that is limited by age. Business website's also have a terms of agreement or any other document along with the age validation to protect such websites from any false information. Also there is the probability of spammers and spam robots which fill out registration forms and act as users. With the use of the age check, the robot would have to fill-out information in which might stop it from completing the registration and spamming our systems with fake information. Therefore, this addon isn't useless but rather a useful check which provides additional potection for website owners and businesses.

I think it could be implemented at next product of Mighty Extensions, something like Registration Pro. Unfortunately, current Mighty Registration could not been improved with that feature.
