We'll realize special Tools plugin, which will change ID of absent users to present user, for example 62 (admin).

A related error -

If an article is created by a user whose account is later deleted, and the article contained image or file fields, those images/files are not displayed on the site, though they still reside in the resource uploads directory (under the users id). Apparently it won't trace the location of the file if the user record has been removed.

Files at Upload folder will be taken into account during changing user ID for articles.
