Usual the each section has dedicated menu item, It means that you can assign separate module to sections Itemid.

I think there is a misunderstanding here. Content Section Summary Module works only on same section with the module's section parameter. If i use this module another menu item it doesn't work. It shows module's title but no output. It's not related to itemid.

Yes, exact. I meant that for other Itemid you should create another module with special parameter for another section.
