Send Msg to Group Members - Pls More User-Friendly

If i want to send msg to members of a group i go to compose new message page... There is a group icon end of the "to" field. But users miss it. No any description about it. It's hard to find it. Also, you should add "send msg members of this group" link to group layout page as access on group settings. Please make it more user friendly. Thanks.
