If tags are created without any order they won't link anything in the end (in general).

I read in your blog that maybe for tagging ther would be an option thta shows you most popular tags.

I would like to:

1- Define wich tags exist

2- Let users apply them when they want

Is this possible to be done? I consider that actual tag system is enough powerful to offer a solution like this one isn't it?
