Registred users can change some fields whitout any restriction like :

" Status field in Feature Request section Or Forum " I can change status to done or revised ! so this field must be  editable just by administrators and other users must just see the field not to edit it.

So I hope that you find a solution to solve this problem you can add Edition Control option for each field.
