Hello guys,

The feature is regarding invert previosly task value parameters in Member, let's explain it better:

1. now if you add restriction for some component and full in the task value it will restrict only that task value the rest of component will not be restricted.
2. it would be helps if there was added another parameter in JCS plan configuration, let's say invert task value. So in this case the only task value will not be restricted but the rest of component will.
